Individual Psychotherapy

A young woman sits on a black chair by a large window with sheer white curtains, looking outside. She is wearing a white T-shirt and gray shorts, with her legs pulled up to her chest. A white sofa is beside her.

One-on-one sessions with me will involve a journey through your life and an exploration into where you would like to go. Some sessions may involve delving into your past while others will stay strictly in the here-and-now. Together we will create a plan that fits your goals.

What is somatic psychotherapy?

Often when we are placed in environments with intense levels of stress, whether this is from relationship issues, anxiety/depression, addiction or other life situations, we hold pain and trauma deep in our bodies. When we are unable to process and release this from our bodies, we become stuck in patterns that are unhealthy. Somatic therapy integrates the mind and body and uses psychotherapy with body-based interventions for holistic healing.
